Pakistan’s rap boom has a host, and on 1 November she reminded everyone that she is an artist first. ShesZehra released the video for “Bespoke”, presented on her own label hausofzehra, and it is the newest step in a run that has not slowed down all autumn: “Need No” on 18 September, “Why Don’t You Call Me” on 2 October, “Humble Up” on 18 October, and now this. Five official videos in three months. Small numbers for now, big presence: exactly the kind of artist WorldWidePop puts in front of the world early.
The voice of Rap Icon Pakistan
Rap Icon Pakistan is billed as the country’s first rap reality show. It comes from Karachi’s Pixel Entertainment, the makers of Shark Tank Pakistan, with Talha Anjum and Bohemia judging 12 up-and-coming rappers, and it began streaming on YouTube on 24 May. Holding the mic between the judges and the contestants is ShesZehra. Pixel’s own clips show her introducing “the OG judges” Bohemia and Talha Anjum and say she “owned the stage as host”, Nukta called her the show’s sweetest host, and she stepped up to perform on the show too.
A rapper before the TV lights
The solo story started in August 2025 with “You Ain’t” and “Call the Cops”, and both have passed 50,000 views on YouTube. December brought “Double Up”, “Told You So” and “Cypher”. Then came “Saare Jump” with AK Sky, one of the rappers who made Rap Icon’s top 12, captioned simply “there was a gap. we closed it.” Two women, one track, on a scene that has long been mostly men. “ICON” followed in August with a caption that sums her up, “I be really ready way before i put the mic on”, and “Summer Like It’s Hott” is her most-watched video of the season. Today her verified Instagram counts more than 32,000 followers. Press play on “Bespoke”: this is Pakistani hip-hop with a host’s confidence and a rapper’s hunger.
