Shatta Wale เกิดชื่อ Charles Nii Armah Mensah Jr. ในอักกรา ยังคงเป็นหนึ่งในชื่อที่เห็นได้ชัดที่สุดใน dancehall ของกานา เป็นที่รู้จักในท้องถิ่นว่า King of African Dancehall เขาผลิตและวางแผนงานเกือบทั้งหมดเอง ตั้งแต่อัดเสียงจนถึงมาสเตอร์เพลงฮิตส่วนใหญ่ด้วยตัวคนเดียว Graphic Online ตั้งข้อสังเกตว่า 2025 เป็นปีของ Shatta Wale เคียงข้าง Wendy Shay และ Black Sherif โดยมีซิงเกิล “Street Crown” เป็นตัวขับเคลื่อน ซึ่งกลายเป็นหนึ่งในเพลงนิยามปีนั้น และทำกิจกรรมหนักบนชาร์ต Ghana Audiomack ของ Soundcharts แคตตาล็อกของเขาครอบคลุมเพลงหลักท้องถิ่นอย่าง “Ayoo,” “ON GOD,” และ “Pancake” ย้อนกลับไปถึงเพลงเก่าอย่าง “Fool Is The Last To Know” และ “Bullet Proof” ปี 2018 อย่างที่ผู้ชม YouTube คนหนึ่งโพสต์ใต้ “Bullet Proof” ว่า “I am from Nigeria but i love shatta Wale music pls hit shatta Wale like.” Shatta Wale ตามมาด้วยผลงานจากค่าย Shatta Movement Empire อย่าง African King โดยวางเพลงอย่าง “God of the Universe” ไว้บน Apple Music Ghana Top 200 ก่อนปล่อยซิงเกิล “One More Year” และจับมือกับศิลปินไนจีเรีย Tekno และ Bankuli ในอัลบั้ม Afrobeats ของเขา Konekt
Stonebwoy (Livingstone Etse Satekla) ก็มีฐานแฟนคลับที่เหนียวแน่นไม่แพ้กันจาก Ashaiman ใน Greater Accra เริ่มต้นจากการโชว์ฝีมือแร็ปในรายการ Kasahare Level ของ Adom FM และเพลงฮิตยุคแรกอย่าง “Climax” และ “Ghetto Love” ปี 2012 เขาก่อตั้งค่าย Burniton Music Group และทำผลงานต่อเนื่องตั้งแต่ Grade 1, Necessary Evil ไปจนถึง Epistles of Mama ปี 2017 ยุคที่สร้างเพลงประจำตัวอย่าง “One Thing” ที่ได้ Damaris มาร่วมฟีเจอริ่ง และเพลงฮิตอย่าง “Bawasaaba” ใต้คลิปวิดีโอ “Bawasaaba” มีคนคอมเมนต์ว่า: “Who else is in support that Stonebwoy is just talented?
วงการคลับซีนยังดึงดูดเสียงจากต่างแดนและภูมิภาคอื่นเข้ามาหมุนเวียนด้วย British-Ghanaian อย่าง Eugy Official เกิดที่กานาแล้วย้ายไปอยู่ลอนดอน กลายเป็นเพลงประจำคลับตั้งแต่ “Dance for Me” ปี 2016 ที่ได้ Mr Eazi มาร่วม ตามด้วย “Tick Tock” ปี 2017 ที่โปรดิวซ์โดย Team Salut และ “Captain” ที่ได้ Siza นักร้องชาวแอฟริกาใต้มาร่วมจาก EP Flavourz ใต้คลิปวิดีโอ “Tick Tock” มีคนดูเขียนว่า “I feel Eugy is underrated like highly underrated” หลังจาก “Captain” Siza ก็ปล่อยวิดีโอแรก “Say What You Want” ที่มี Eugy ร่วมด้วย และตามมาด้วย EP Pull Up ปี 2019 Eugy หันกลับมาสู่ซาวด์ท้องถิ่นของ Accra โดยตรงใน EP Home Run ที่มี 5 แทร็ก จับมือกับ Jhay Bhad จาก Kumasi ในเพลงดริล “Show Me The Light” และ DanceGod Lloyd ใน “BumBumBum” ก่อนจะปล่อยซิงเกิลล่าสุดอย่าง “He Called Me” ปี 2024 และ “God Is Good” ปี 2025
ศิลปินไนจีเรียอย่าง Falz และ D’Banj ก็ยังคงฝังตัวอยู่ในวงการโชว์ของกานา Falz ที่คว้ารางวัล Best African Rapper จาก AFRIMA ที่กรุงอักกราเมื่อปี 2018 หลังจากสลับจากสายกฎหมายมาทำเพลง เคยร่วมงานกับ Medikal และ Maleek Berry ในเพลง “Next” ปี 2018 และโผล่ในเพลง “Ghana Jollof” คู่กับ Kwabena Kwabena ตั้งแต่นั้นเขาก็ปล่อยอัลบั้ม The Feast ปี 2025 และ EP Break Time ปี 2026 ส่วน D’Banj ที่จุดเริ่มต้นย้อนไปถึงการอัดเสียงกับ Don Jazzy ในสตูดิโอของ Kas เมื่อปี 2004 ปล่อยมิวสิกวิดีโอเพลง “Action” ในปี 2018 และยังคงปักหลักในคลับด้วยอัลบั้ม The Entertainer: D’Sequel ปี 2024 และเพลง “Tobari” ปี 2025 ที่ได้ DJ Maphorisa กับ DJ OBI มาร่วมฟีต

I am African American. I hope that African Americans do not become upset when I say this:
♥ 292Outside of the United States, African musicians have made an amazing concerted effort to re-Africanize music that has been mislabeled as "Salsa", "Merengue" and other names that give credit to those who "appropriated" the musical genres associated with African music and made it appear as though non-Africans are the original inventors.

The Caribbean is now another happy recipient of the progeny of Africans whose musical talents were plundered without ever receiving payment, let alone recognition. This reinvigoration of Africentric music by real Africans is now what African Americans need to pull ourselves out of the entertainment trap set by the sex-starved, Molech-worshipping, Ashkenazi leaders, who have a disgusting knack of capturing our talent when we are at our best and brightest, sexualizing not just what we sing, but sexualizing us too.
The ancestors have now sent some of her children to wake us up. Those of us who are intelligent enough to listen will heed the words of these musical griots and adjust our music to fit the spiritual needs of continental Africans and Africans in the Diaspora by relearning the languages, words, stories -- and above all, the music that has kept us alive, even when we did not know it.
Please . . . let us open our hearts and arms to African performers so that our talents are no longer sexualized by Hollywood. We owe that to ourselves and our children.
Well explained brother respect for your knowledge
